A. We have an extensive database which ensures that we have personnel available at all times. There is a 24 hour contact service and the database is always accessible to the on-call duty person. Copies of certification and travel documents are kept on the database.

Q. Are your employees and their certification vetted?

A. All future candidates are vetted on application and certificates checked with the issuing body.
